The Service Alternatives Training Institute (The Institute) was born out of an extensive need for continuing training services within the operational branch of our parent organization Service Alternatives, Inc. Like you, Service Alternatives has always recognized the need for providing excellent training services to employees.

Since 1990, Service Alternatives has experienced the benefits of increased employee satisfaction, professionalism, and quality of work as a result of prioritizing training. The quality and professionalism of the Institute’s trainings and consultations were soon recognized by others and have been in demand ever since. The Institute’s mission is to facilitate the highest level of professional achievement through training, consultation, and facilitation services.

Service Alternatives Training Institute provides extensive training solutions for a variety of professional settings such as schools, social services, higher educational institutions, hospitals, corporate environments, community organizations and family homes.
