A fun and interactive seminar which looks at discovering our own biases and understanding how they hinder our development. The seminar will examine institutional oppression and enable staff to begin culturally competent service delivery.
Throughout the seminar, facilitators will lead participants through a series of experiential exercises that will lead to greater awareness of how cultural oppression impacts all groups.
