Our Beginning
Service Alternatives Training Institute (The Institute) was born out of an extensive need for continuing training services within the operational branch of our parent organization Service Alternatives, Inc.
The quality and professionalism of the Institute's trainings and consultations were soon recognized by others and have been in demand ever since. The Institute's mission is to facilitate the highest level of professional achievement through training, consultation, and facilitation services.
What we do
Service Alternatives Training Institute provides extensive training for a variety of professional settings such as social services, educational institutions, corporate environments, community organizations and family homes. The Institute's trainings are aimed at all levels of job responsibilities ranging from direct care personnel to supervisors, managers, administrators, and executives.
The Institute continues to expand, meeting the growing demands of customers. We currently offer a wide variety of trainings and consultations each year with approximately 3000 people served.

In addition, our professional trainers possess a variety of skills, certifications, and advanced educational backgrounds with which to draw upon and facilitate excellent training experiences for all involved. Specific credentials include advanced degrees/certifications in social work, education, divinity, counseling psychology, and business administration.
