I've been training since: 1999

I've been with SA since: 1992

I grew up in St. Petersburg, Russia, and moved to the US as a college freshman.  Once in the US, I continued to study psychology and began working with Service Alternatives as a staff member at a residential home for children with autism and other developmental disorders.  That is when I discovered my passion for social work in addition to the already-existing love for psychology.  Since that time, I continued to work in various social work capacities and have also been teaching psychology at the college level.

I am very passionate about animals and have dedicated much of my personal time to caring for rescued basset hounds.  I also enjoy riding motorcycles with my husband, gardening, and reading.

  • BS—Experimental Psychology
  • MS—Experimental Psychology, emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Psychology

What does training mean to me?

To me, the purpose of training is to provide people with the tools to accomplish more and experience more enjoyment in their jobs, and to facilitate their professional and personal development.
